Overview

An exchange or return may be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is a manufacturing fault.

Conditions for exchange / return

• If there is any fault in the fabric of the abaya.
• If the delivered measurements differ from the measurements agreed upon (length).

Requests are declined when

• The 24-hour window has passed.
• The abaya has been altered by the customer.

How to request

Message us on WhatsApp at +973 3817 6607 with your order reference and clear photos of the piece. Each abaya is cut to the measurements you provide, so please check them carefully before confirming your order.
