How we use it

Your details are used only to tailor your piece, arrange delivery and follow up on your order over WhatsApp. We never sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

• The NUR atelier team handling your order.
• The courier used to deliver your parcel, limited to the delivery details.
• WhatsApp, as the channel you use to place and confirm the order.

Storage on your device

Your bag, wishlist, language and currency preferences are saved locally in your own browser so the store remembers them on your next visit. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings.

Your rights

You may ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by messaging +973 3817 6607. We keep order records only as long as needed for aftercare and accounting.
